Privacy policy

Codex is a personal Google API integration operated by its account owner for their own use.

Information accessed and purpose

With the owner's authorization, the local integration can access account identity, Gmail messages and drafts, calendars and events, task lists and tasks, and Drive files including Docs, Sheets, and Slides. This access supports the owner's requested reading, organization, creation, and editing work.

Processing and storage

Google remains the source of account records. OAuth credentials are stored in the owner's private Doppler configuration. The local integration does not maintain a separate database of mail, tasks, or files. Requested content may appear in assistant conversations or in files the owner asks to create, subject to the assistant service's settings and retention policies.

Relevant information may be processed by the owner's assistant provider, including OpenAI, to carry out the owner's instructions. Google handles API requests, and Doppler stores credentials. Account data is not sold or used by this integration for advertising. The integration does not operate a model-training pipeline.

This website

Cloudflare hosts these static informational pages and may process ordinary web request information. This website contains no account login, analytics scripts, or Google data collection forms. Google account content and OAuth tokens are not sent to this website.

Control and removal

The owner can revoke access at any time through Google account connections and remove stored credentials from Doppler. Copies explicitly created in Google, local files, or assistant conversations follow those systems' deletion and retention controls.
